SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES
To aide the fasting process, participants may engage in body brushing, water
treatments (Kneipp), liver compresses (warm), bentonite clay [it is mixed into water
and drunken] , group talks, reading, listening to music and digital disconnection (e.g.,
not using electronic devices)

BREAKING THE FAST
