Vị trí: Giám đốc điều hành (Managing Director) – Làm việc tại Huế
Mô tả công việc chính:
– Điều hành hoạt động của công ty trong lĩnh vực wellness/retreat.
– Xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình đào tạo nội bộ (vocational education) cho đội ngũ nhân sự.
– Phối hợp với đối tác và khách quốc tế, chuẩn hóa quy trình và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ.
Yêu cầu:
– Kinh nghiệm nhiều năm trong lĩnh vực đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực (People Development) trong môi trường doanh nghiệp dịch vụ hoặc khách sạn.
– Kỹ năng xây dựng và triển khai chương trình đào tạo cho người trưởng thành.
– Thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Đức trong giao tiếp và công việc.

1. Job description
– Manage and oversee the company’s overall operations.
– Develop strategies and plans for retreat and wellness programs.
– Design, implement and evaluate internal vocational training programs for staff.
– Build and standardise operating procedures, service standards and guest experience.
– Work with international guests and partners and coordinate activities in English and German.
2. Candidate requirements
– Several years of professional experience in People Development / training and development in a service, hospitality or comparable international environment.
– Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for adult learners (skills, service, operations).
– Experience in team leadership and cross‑department coordination.
– Fluency in English and German for daily work and international communication.
